coconut milk
– 2 tsp
honey
– ½
chicken stoc
k – 80g (or 3oz)
spinach
– 200g (or 7oz)
shrimp
- 1/2
lime
Step 1
Fry the green chilli, ginger, green pepper and garlic on a medium heat.

Add turmeric, curry powder, and coconut milk. Bring to simmer and add spinach and prawns.

Stir in lime juice. Top with fresh coriander and serve immediately with rice.
