Ingredients list

- White Bread – Milk – Ground Beef – Onion – Garlic – Parmesan Cheese – Egg – Fresh Parsley – Dried Oregano – Salt – Black Pepper – Cooking Oil

Step 1

Pour milk on the bread and soak it while you prep the other ingredients. Then mash it into a smooth paste.

Step 2

Add the other ingredients to the bowl and mix gently using your hands.

Step 3

Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls using your hands, an ice cream scoop or a cookie scoop.

Final step

Bake the meatballs for around 20 minutes, broiling to brown them if needed, or pan fry for 10-15 minutes.
