Ingredients list

- Dark Soy Sauce – Oyster Sauce – Sesame Oil – Rice Vinegar – Sugar – White Pepper – Vegetable Oil – Chicken Thighs – Mushrooms – Cabbage – Scallions – Garlic – Bean Sprouts - Egg Noodles

Step 1

Mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and white pepper in a small jug or bowl.

Step 2

Fry the chicken for a few minutes until brown in a wok or large frying pan on a medium to high heat

Step 3

Add the mushrooms, shredded cabbage, scallions, bean sprouts and garlic and cook for a few minutes.

Final step

Add the noodles and sauce, toss to incorporate and serve topped with finely chopped scallions
