Ingredients list

- Eggs – Chicken Stock – Scallions – Cornflour/Cornstarch – Sesame Oil – Garlic Powder – Cooked Shredded Chicken – Salt – White Pepper – Corn

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat and set aside. Then mix the cornflour and water to make the slurry.

Step 2

Boil the chicken stock and scallions and add the slurry, stock powder, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Slowly pour in the beaten eggs, gently whisking as you go so small egg ribbons are formed.

Final step

Add the corn and chicken and simmer until warmed. Serve immediately topped with the green parts of the scallions.
