Ingredients list

- Dark soy sauce – Oyster sauce – Sesame oil – Rice vinegar – Sugar – White pepper – Neutral oil – Spring onions/scallions – Garlic – Bean sprouts – Fresh egg noodles

Step 1

Combine the soy and oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and white pepper in a small jug or bowl.

Step 2

Fry the cabbage and scallions then add the bean sprouts green parts of the scallions and garlic.

Final step

Toss the noodles with the veggies, pour on the sauce, and combine with the noodles. Serve topped with scallions.
