Ingredients list

- Sushi rice – Water – Rice vinegar – Sugar – Salt – Mayonnaise – Sriracha – Neutral oil – Salmon or tune – Avocado – Sesame seeds – Scallions or chives

Step 1

Cook the rice and stir in the mixture of rice vinegar, salt, and sugar.

Step 2

Press the cooked rice into a layer half an inch deep and refrigerate as soon as it is cool.

Step 3

Remove the rice from the fridge and cut into rectangles. Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden.

Final step

Stir the salmon or tuna into the sriracha mayo. Top the rice pieces with avocado, spicy salmon or tuna and minced scallions or chives.
