Ingredients list

- Egg – Soy sauce – White pepper – Cornflour/cornstarch – Sirloin steak – Onion – Ginger – Garlic cloves – Red chillies – Neutral oil – Apple cider vinegar – Sweet chilli sauce – Sugar - Toasted sesame seeds - Spring onions/scallions

Step 1

Make the 4 ingredient sauce and prepare the beef.

Step 2

Place each piece of beef into the egg white, then dredge in cornflour.

Step 3

Fry the steak pieces for a few minutes until brown and crispy on all sides.

Step 4

Fry the onion then add the chilli, garlic and ginger and fry for 1-2 minutes more until fragrant.

Final step

Add the sauce to the crispy beef and serve with your choice of toppings.
