Ingredients list

- Sushi Rice – Rice Vinegar – Sugar – Salt – Soy Sauce – Mirin – Mayonnaise – Sriracha – Sushi Grade Salmon or -Tuna – Avocado – Cucumber – Crunchy Onions – Nori

Step 1

Mix the rice vinegar, salt and sugar and stir into the cooked rice and transfer to a dish to cool.

Step 2

Make the eel sauce, boil for 10 minutes and set aside and make the sriracha mayo in a small bowl.

Step 3

Spread a layer of rice on the nori sheet, turn over and place the fish and other ingredients on the nori.

Step 4

Roll until the bottom of the rice touches the nori sheet. Place the rolling mat on the top of the roll and squeeze.

Final step

Drizzle eel sauce and the mayo on the rolls and add fried onions. Slice and serve or refrigerate to enjoy later.
