Tasty wraps filled with juicy spiced lamb koftas and cool garlicky yogurt sauce.

1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

2. Toss the salad with fresh mint. Make the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, honey and salt.

3. Add garlic, fresh mint and parsley, breadcrumbs, spices, salt and black pepper to the lamb mince. Mix with your hands to form the koftas.

4. Place a pan on a medium to high heat and add oil. Fry the lamb koftas until they develop a nice char on all sides. Ensure you turn them regularly.
