Ingredients list

-Unsalted butter – Caster sugar – Pinch of salt – All-purpose flour

Step 1

Mix the butter, sugar and salt by hand or using an electric whisk or mixer until they are creamy and smooth.

Step 2

Mix with flour until the texture becomes doughy. Roll out the dough and cut out the shapes of your choice.

Step 3

Refrigerate the cookies for 15 minutes then bake at 160°C or 320°F for 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Final step

Dredge in sugar, serve and enjoy!
