Ingredients list

- Chicken wings – Baking powder – Salt – Butter – Garlic – Fresh parsley

Step 1

Dry the wings with kitchen paper and toss them with the baking powder and salt until evenly coated.

Step 2

Bake the wings  at 425°F (220°C) for 15 to 20 minutes and turn and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Make the sauce with melted butter and garlic. Cook for one minute until fragrant and add the parsley.

Step 4

Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the garlic butter sauce.

Final step

Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes until they are super crispy. Serve immediately topped with additional parsley.
