– Cocoa powder – Unsalted butter – Chocolate – Egg – Egg yolk – Vanilla essence – Brown sugar – Plain flour – Sea salt

Grease your pudding moulds, ramekins or muffin tray. Then sieve with cocoa powder until lightly covered.
