Ingredients list

- Ground beef – Paprika – Cayenne pepper – Cumin – Salt – Worcester sauce – Tomato paste/puree – Sour cream – Cheese – Corn tortillas – Neutral oil

Step 1

Fry the beef. Add paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, Worcester sauce, tomato paste and cream and cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Step 2

Place a spoonful of the beef filling onto each tortilla, add a little shredded cheese and fold in half.

Step 3

Fry the tacos for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Final step

Remove the sticks from the tacos. Serve with optional toppings like lettuce, additional sour cream, and guacamole.
