Ingredients list

- Neutral oil – Onion – Carrots – Water – Chicken thighs - or Pork shoulder  – S&B Curry Roux Cubes – Honey

Step 1

Fry the chicken or pork and cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Then remove and set aside.

Step 2

Fry the onions and the carrot slices. Then pour on the water and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add the curry roux cubes and stir until it thickens then incorporate the honey.

Final step

Add the browned chicken or pork and simmer until cooked through. Serve with rice and your choice of toppings.
