Ingredients list
- Neutral oil – Onion – Carrots – Water – Chicken thighs - or Pork shoulder – S&B Curry Roux Cubes – Honey
Step 1
Fry the chicken or pork and cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Then remove and set aside.

and the carrot slices. Then pour on the water and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
