- Mackerel fillets – Sea or kosher salt – Sake – Neutral oil – Mirin – Sugar – Shredded daikon – Lemon, lime or yuzo – Steamed green beans – Sushi rice – Sesame seeds

Prepare the optional soy and mirin sauce with the soy sauce
