Ingredients list

- Cornflour/cornstarch – Onion – Carrots – Curry powder – Garlic powder – Garam masala – Chicken or veg stock – Honey – Water – Oil

Step 1

Mix the cornflour and water in a small mug or bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Fry the onion for a few minutes until translucent. Then add the carrot and fry for a couple more minutes.

Step 3

Add the curry powder, garlic powder, salt and garam masala. Pour on the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.

Final step

Pour in the slurry and stir on low heat until thickened. Add the honey and serve immediately.
