1. Fry the ginger and onions. Then add the chicken, grated carrot, red pepper and kimchi.

2. Add the rice and mix it with the other ingredients until it becomes hot. Stir in the sauce.

3. Fry the eggs until the yolks set and the edges start to brown slightly.
