– Sushi rice   – White onion  - Ginger – Chicken thighs – Kimchi – Carrot  - Red pepper  – Garlic  - Eggs  Sauce: – Gochujang – Soy sauce – kimchi juice

Step 1

Cook the rice. Mix the sauce, Korean red pepper paste and kimchi juice thoroughly to form a smooth sauce.

Step 2

Cook the onions ginger, garlic, chicken and vegetables on a medium to high heat.

Step 3

Increase the heat, add the rice and mix it with the other ingredients until it becomes hot. Then stir in the sauce.

Step 4

Fry the eggs on a medium heat until the whites are set but the yolks are still runnny.

Final step

Serve immediately, topped with fried eggs, sesame seeds, scallions and nori strips.
