Ingredients list

– Lamb mince – Fresh parsley  – Fresh mint  – Garlic  – Ground cumin – Ground coriander – Ground cinnamon – Salt – Black pepper – Neutral oil 

Step 1

Make the yoghurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Toss the salad with fresh mint. Make the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, honey and salt in a separate small jug or bowl and set aside.

Step 3

Place the kofta ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with your hands and form into 16 koftas.

Step 4

Place the lamb koftas in the pan and fry them until they develop a nice char on all sides. Ensure you turn them regularly.

Final step

Serve the lamb koftas, with yogurt sauce, and salad, optional pickled chillies, red onions and make your wraps.
