Ingredients list

- Lamb pieces – Red and Green Peppers – Yoghurt – Paprika – Ground Cumin – Ground Coriander – Tomato puree – Garlic powder – Lemon juice – Olive Oil – Black Pepper – Salt – Sugar

Step 1

Marinade the lamb pieces in yoghurt, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, ground coriander and salt

Step 2

Thread the lamb pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, with optional slices of pepper in between

Final step

Cook in a grill, oven, air fryer or barbecue. Serve with flatbread, yoghurt sauce and your choice of accompaniments.
