Ingredients list

- Walnuts, Almonds or   Pine Nuts – Artichokes – Parmesan – Lemon zest and juice – Olive oil – Salt – Garlic powder – Ground turmeric – Pasta – Basil

Step 1

Place a pan on a medium to high heat, toast the nuts until light brown and fragrant and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, blitz the ingredients in a food processor until they form a smooth paste.

Final step

Add the pesto sauce and reserved pasta water and mix. Serve topped with fresh basil and grated Parmesan.
