- Onion – Garlic – Scotch bonnet chillies – Red peppers – Cumin, paprika, pepper – Chopped tomatoes – Veg stock – Black and pinto beans – Corn – Lime juice – Grated cheese – Sour cream – Cilantro/coriander - Jalapenos - Tabasco sauce
Step 1
Fry the onions
and red peppers until softened then add the garlic.

and beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
