Ingredients list

- Unsalted Butter – Golden Granulated Sugar – Egg – Vanilla Essence – Plain Flour – Baking Powder – Sea Salt – Mini Eggs – Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Beat the butter and sugar with an electric whisk or stand mixer. Then add the egg and vanilla essence.

Step 2

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small jug or bowl and mix them into the wet ingredients.

Step 3

Fold in the Mini Eggs and chocolate/butterscotch chips by hand.

Step 4

Bake the dough for 18-20 minutes at 200C/390F until the top is brown and set.

Final step

Leave to cool in the baking dish and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, slice into bars and enjoy.
