Ingredients list

- Mushrooms – Butter – Garlic – White wine – Pouring cream – Parmesan – White miso paste – Salt – Black pepper – Spaghetto or linguini – Reserved pasta water – Furikake/Sesame seeds

Step 1

Fry the sliced mushrooms, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and simmer in white wine.

Step 2

Combine the miso paste with a couple of tablespoons of pasta water to form a smooth paste.

Step 3

Reduce the heat of the skillet, add the miso and pouring cream and stir. Add the Parmesan and stir in salt and pepper to taste.

Final step

Add the cooked pasta and toss with a little pasta water until moist and juicy. Serve topped with furikake or sesame seeds.
