Ingredients list

- Miso Paste – Tahini Paste – Rice Vinegar – Sugar – Garlic Powder – Brown Rice – Mushrooms – Spinach – Feta – Pickled Beetroot – Crunchy Onions

Step 1

Mix the miso paste, tahini, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, sugar and water and set aside

Step 3

Fry the mushrooms until they begin to brown followed by the garlic and spinach and set aside

Final step

Add the mushrooms, feta, spinach and beetroot and serve with the miso dressing and top with spring onions.
