Ingredients list

- Yoghurt – Dill – Parmesan – Lemon zest – Black pepper – Salt – Long pasta – Neutral oil – Salmon fillets – Butter – Zucchini/courgette – Garlic – White wine - Pasta water

Step 1

Combine the yoghurt, dill, Parmesan, lemon zest, black pepper and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, pan-fry the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.

Step 3

Fry the zucchini/courgette until it starts to brown then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 4

Add the pasta, wine and garlic, yoghurt and dill mixture and reserved pasta water and gently toss together.

Final step

Add the salmon and serve immediately.
