Ingredients list

- Salt – White Pepper – Curry Porder – Sugar – Soy Sauce – Shaoxing Rice Wine – Sesame Oil – Rice Vermicelli Noodles – Neutral Oil – Large Chicken Thighs – Prawns/Shrimp – Onion and Scallions – Cabbage - Carrot - Garlic - Eggs

Step 1

Cook the noodles. Mix the seasonings a small bowl. Then make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil and Shaoxing wine.

Step 2

Scramble the eggs and set aside. Fry the chicken until brown, then add the prawns/shrimp and cook for a minute or two more until opaque.

Step 3

Fry the onions scallions, carrot, and cabbage until tender. Add the garlic, cook for one more minute then stir in the spice mix.

Final step

Pour the sauce on the noodles and toss with the cooked ingredients until hot. Serve, topped with the green parts of the scallions.
