Ingredients list

– Tagliatelle – Salt – Olive oil – Garlic  – Red chilli – Tomatoes  – Sardines – Lemon - juice + zest – Fresh parsley  – Black pepper

Step 2

Fry the garlic for a couple of minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook them until they begin to soften.

Step 3

Add the sardines and cook for a few minutes until they are hot. Then reduce the heat to its lowest and add the lemon juice and lemon zest.

Final step

Add the pasta to the pan and toss everything together. Top with black pepper and chopped parsley and serve.
