Ingredients list

- Dark soy sauce – Oyster sauce – Sesame oil (Toasted) – Rice/apple cider vinegar – Sugar – White pepper – Chicken thighs or pork – Prawns/shrimp – Carrots – Cabbage – Spring onions/scallions – Garlic – Bean Sprouts - Neutral oil

Step 1

Stir a tablespoon of the 6-ingredient sauce into the chicken or pork pieces and leave them to soak up the taste.

Step 2

Fry the chicken for a few minutes until it begins to brown. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque.

Step 3

Fry the carrots, cabbage and white parts of the scallions. Add the bean sprouts, green parts of the scallions and garlic.

Final step

Toss the noodles in the pan. Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix. Add finely chopped scallions for an extra burst of flavour.
