Ingredients list

- Gochujang paste – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Kimchi juice – Rice vinegar – Korean red pepper flakes – Spring onions/scallions – Cabbage finely shredded – Carrots – Kimchi – Garlic – Ground pork – Udon noodles - Eggs - Sesame seeds

Step 1

Cook the noodles and run them under cold water. Then mix the sauce ingredients in a small jug or bowl.

Step 2

Fry the cabbage, onion and whites of the scallions until tender. Then add the kimchi and garlic and fry for one minute.

Step 3

Add the ground pork to the pan and toss until browned.

Final step

Add the noodles. Pour on the sauce. Serve topped with the spring onion, sesame seeds and optional fried eggs.
