Ingredients list

– Soy sauce – Hoisin sauce – Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar – Oyster sauce – Chinese five-spice – Egg noodlesSea or kosher salt  – Duck breast portions  – Ginger – Red chilli  – 1 carrot - – 1 red pepper  – Garlic

Step 1

Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and Chinese five-spice in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2

Cook the noodles and run them under cold water when you drain them to prevent them from sticking together.

Step 3

Score the duck skin in a diamond pattern, being careful not to cut into the flesh. Sprinkle with salt and set aside.

Step 4

Fry the duck breasts with the skin-side facing down for approximately 5 minutes. Then turn over and fry for 3-4 more minutes.

Final step

Place a wok on a high heat, fry the veggies, toss in the noddles, add the cooked duck and serve.
