1. Combine the breadcrumbs and milk and set aside for 5 minutes

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the breadcrumb mixture and incorporate with your hands

3. Roll the mixture into even ping-pong ball sized balls.

4. Set a frying pan to a medium/high heat and fry for 10-15 minutes, turning often until all sides are brown.
