1. Fry the rice and stir in fresh cilantro and salt then stir in the lime juice.

Fry the black beans, and other ingredients for 10 minutes then remove and stir in the lime juice.

Make the corn salsa by stirring in the onion, cilantro, pepper, cumin, cayenne, salt and lime juice.

4. To make the guacamole, mash the avocado and the other ingredients together in a bowl.
