- 12 chipolata sausages
- 12 pieces of pancetta
- 12 Medjool dates halved vertically and stones removed
Set your oven to 180°C or 350°F
Place a date halve on each side of the sausage.
Wrap a piece of pancetta around each sausage to hold the date in place
Place the prepared pigs in blankets on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway (note 1)
- Sausages are cooked when the meat is no longer pink or the internal temperature is 65°C or 150°F
